Working with students 1-2-1 is a real joy. Whether you are looking for specific support with your body, or would like to deepen your practice; private classes are a fantastic opportunity for growth and development. Sessions are tailored for each individual, incorporating yoga postures, breath work and relaxation. I provide private classes at my home studio in Brighton.
Yoga is the most wonderful resource for pregnancy, birth and post-natal recovery. I’ve had two very different births – one at hospital, the other at home – and yoga played a significant part in supporting me through both processes. I was inspired to train in pregnancy yoga following the birth of my first child, so that I could share the many gems it has to offer with other women. Make space, ease out muscular tension, relieve anxieties, improve structural support.
Classes combine movement, breath work and sound to help calibrate the various stages of pregnancy, and cultivate your body and mind for birth.
Yoga and cranial combined packages are also available.
