Yoga At Work

I love to bring yoga to the workplace, and feel it can make such a difference to people’s daily outlook, productivity and of course their well-being.

My early morning and lunch time classes weave conscious movement, breath-work and creative ideas; to help de-stress, release tension, bring in focus, and maintain a responsive body; so that posture and energy levels aren’t compromised by the stresses and strains of work.
