A day to explore movement as a reset, an unwind, an opportunity to play with force transmission, coordination, integration, relaxed strength, rhythm, spiral motion…and see what that does for our mind.
A space for you to fold and unfold in your own time at your own pace.
In between practices you can Walk, Swim, Sauna, Relax, Nourish, and Connect. Our practice takes place in a hand crafted yurt, nestled in a beautiful wild-flower meadow within the pioneering 3,500-acre re-wilding project of the Knepp Estate.

Delicious vegetarian lunch and refreshments provided.

Timing: 10 - 5pm
Venue: The Yoga Garden, Knepp Estate, West Sussex
Cost: £135 (if you do not wish to use the sauna £120)
